This usually occurs when you are either not using an original Apple charging cable or there’s dirt on the Lightning Cable connector. Try switching back to the original Apple charging cable or remove any dirt from the connector if there is any and you should now be able to resume charging.

If your phone supports fast charging but does not display the fast-charging icon when charging, the charger may be incompatible with the phone’s fast-charging protocol. The Nokia Pro AC Adapter P6308 supported fast-charging protocols include USB-IF PD3.0 and Qualcomm QC3.0/QC2.0. Alternatively, the connection with the data cable may be faulty.

If you are using the USB-C1 port to charge your laptop and the USB-A port is in use at the same time, please switch from the USB-C1 to the USB-C2 port, as the USB-C1 port does not support laptop charging when the USB-A port is in use. If the USB-A port is not is use, both USB-C1 or USB-C2 ports can be used for laptop charging. 2. Check that the charging cable connector is properly inserted into the laptop’s charging port. 3.
